Vantelin Kowa patches are medicated adhesive plasters from Japan designed to provide targeted relief for muscle and joint pain, available in both cooling (Pap S/EX) and warming (Pap Hot) variations. The primary active ingredient in many versions is the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) indomethacin. 

• Intended Use: They are indicated for a variety of pains, including shoulder pain associated with stiffness, low back pain, joint pain (knee, hips, elbows, wrist), muscle pain, tendonitis, bruises, and sprains.
• Application: The patches are designed to be highly elastic and adhesive, stretching with body movements to stay securely on the skin. They should be applied to the affected area up to twice a day after removing the protective film.
